Our extensions are premium investment pieces. With proper care, our Classic Collection can last 6–12 months (Human Hair) and our Premium Collection (Virgin Remy Hair & Virgin Hair) 18+ months or longer, and many clients reuse their bundles for multiple installs. Longevity depends on your hair material choice, maintenance routine, and lifestyle.

Hair Care Do's

For the best hair experience

• Wash in a downward motion: Always wash your extensions in a downward motion to help avoid tangling and matting.
• Use safe heat styling: You may heat style your extensions using temperatures up to 450°F.
• Wrap hair at night: Fight frizz by wrapping your hair in a silk or satin scarf or using a silk/satin bonnet or pillowcase.
• Seal your wefts: Seal wefts with a product like Fray Check before install to reduce shedding.
• Co-wash before install: Gently co-wash your extensions before installing for the best performance.
• Wash regularly: Cleanse your extensions every 3 weeks (or as needed) to remove product build-up.

Hair Care Don'ts

For long-lasting hair

• Do not use sulfate shampoos: Sulfates cause dryness and dullness and can shorten the life of your extensions.
• Do not self-color if untrained: Avoid coloring or using chemicals on your extensions unless you are a professional.
• Do not overuse oils: Heavy oils and butters can create build-up and weigh the hair down.
• Do not comb when soaking wet: Avoid rough combing while wet; this can weaken the wefts and cause breakage.
• Do not sleep with damp hair: Always dry your extensions fully before bed to prevent mildew and odor.
• Do not exceed 450°F: High heat over 450°F can permanently damage the hair shaft.

Care Instructions (All Textures)

Wash Routine

• Shampoo weekly with a gentle, sulfate-free shampoo (pH 7 or lower).
• Do not rub or twist the hair; smooth product through from roots to ends.
• Rinse with lukewarm water.
• Apply conditioner and detangle using a wide-tooth comb, starting from the ends and working up toward the roots.
• Rinse thoroughly and allow hair to air dry whenever possible.

Daily Styling

• Use styling products sparingly to avoid buildup.
• For wavy and curly textures:
  • Lightly mist hair with water.
  • Detangle with a wide-tooth comb from ends upward.
  • Scrunch to revive the curl pattern.
  • Allow to air dry.
• For a defined “wet look”:
  • Use a water + leave-in conditioner spray mixture.
  • Distribute evenly, then scrunch.

Important

• Avoid alcohol-based products; they dry the hair and shorten its lifespan.
