Shipping & Delivery Policy

Delivered Packages Not Received

If your tracking shows your order was delivered but you have not received it, you must contact the delivery carrier directly (USPS, UPS, FedEx, or DHL).

Stepping High,Inc., or any of its entity's is not responsible for lost or stolen packages marked as delivered by the carrier.

Customer Agreement

By placing an order on this site, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms:

  • Ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout.
    We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

  • If an order is returned to us due to address issues, a store credit (E-Gift Card) will be issued for the item(s) cost minus shipping fees.

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable.

If you refuse a shipment, you will be responsible for:

  • original shipping cost, and

  • return-to-sender shipping charges

These fees will be deducted from your store credit.

PO Box Note:
We ship to PO Boxes via USPS only. Expedited and international shipping is not available for PO Boxes.

Order Processing:

All orders are processed within 3–5 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding U.S. holidays).

Most orders are processed within 3 business days, and tracking information is sent immediately once processing is complete. As a small business, some orders may require the full 5 business days to process. We appreciate your patience and value transparency in every step of your order.

Orders placed after 1:00 PM CST will begin processing on the next business day.

Processing examples:

  • An order placed Monday before 1:00 PM CST begins processing the same day (Day 1).

  • An order placed Friday after 1:00 PM CST begins processing the following Monday (Day 1).

*Please note that processing and shipping do not occur on weekends or U.S. holidays.

*Customs processing may extend delivery times. Import duties and taxes are the responsibility of the recipient.

Please expect potential delays due to external factors, including:

  • Carrier staffing delays

  • Weather disruptions

  • High-volume seasons

Inventory & Out-of-Stock Items:

If your order contains multiple items and one becomes unavailable, the in-stock items will ship first.

If any item remains out of stock for 10 business days after ordering, you will receive an E-Gift Card for the unavailable item.

Refund Option:
You may request a refund instead of a gift card within 7 calendar days of gift card issuance.

Require matching billing & shipping addresses if necessary

Cancel or refuse orders at our discretion due to:

Unverified shipping information

Irregular or excessive return history

Evidence of wardrobing (wear/return)

Fraudulent or suspicious activity

*We may also refuse or limit returns if patterns indicate abuse of our policies.
